Advanced Solutions for Tomorrow, Inc. (ASFT) founded in 1992 and headquartered in Roswell, Georgia with a major field office in Rhode Island, provides Systems Engineering, Product Assurance, Program Support, Media Development and Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) Development. AUV Development, ASFT’s emerging growth area, includes vehicle design, autonomous research and development (R&D), and systems and payloads Integration. ASFT has been awarded several multi-phase Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contracts, demonstrating an increasing presence in advanced technology development. ASFT’s primary customers include some of the largest Defense Contractors in the world, the US Department of Defense (DoD), as well as state and local governments. ASFT: Our Business

ASFT was one of the first few companies in the nation to become part of the DoD Mentor Protégé program in 1992, a program designed by the DoD to help small businesses in the Defense market to grow under the mentoring of a larger Defense contractor.

ASFT's initial years provided services to the Navy in Panama City at the Coastal Systems Station, a division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center's Dahlgren Division. In 1996 ASFT acquired Amtec, a Newport, RI company and soon after ASFT grew exponentially, winning a $24 million contract providing Logistics Engineering and Configuration Management Support Services to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) for the Sonar and Combat Control Systems of the SSN and SSBN Submarine Fleet.

An expansion of Government business development efforts set forth within NUWC and continued growth outside the defense arena has diversified ASFT's customer roster to all agencies within the Department of Defense (DoD), and major prime contractors such as Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Raytheon, BAE Systems, Booz Allen Hamilton, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), and CACI Technology Incorporated.
